Culture Within Newham will be hosting an Ideas Lab to help you explore project ideas for our new open call, ‘Shaped by Community’.
This dynamic learning session considers how communities can lead in shaping creative projects for our borough. It is a chance for people interested in applying to the Shaped By Community open call to test some initial ideas, meet potential partners to work with, and to ask questions about the commission and the application process.
The event is held at the Old Town Hall in Stratford. We start at 10am, and you are invited to stay on for lunch and networking from 12:30 to 1:30pm.
Shaped By Community is an open call from Culture Within Newham for projects that enrich the creative experience within Newham and provide opportunities for residents to engage in artistic and cultural activity more. You can propose projects worth up to £15,000.
