Newham Community Cinema and Culture Within Newham would like to invite you to a free screening of THE BANSHEES OF INISHERIN in celebration of St Patrick’s Day.

The film was nominated for nine Oscars in 2023, and tells the story of a challenging friendship set in a stunning Irish landscape.

On a remote island off the coast of Ireland, Pádraic is devastated when his buddy Colm suddenly puts an end to their lifelong friendship. With help from his sister and a troubled young islander, Pádraic sets out to repair the damaged relationship by any means necessary.
